Job summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for attendees.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute events from concept to completion
Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and key stakeholders
Ensure smooth on-site event operations and problem-solving
Support marketing efforts, including event promotions and social media coordination
Track event success and compile post-event reports

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, or a related field (preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and and adapt to last-minute changes
Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary
